I really enjoy taking portraits, but not the conventional/chiché portraits. I like them interesting and odd-looking. I haven't taken many, but I will continue to experiment and hopefully develop my own stye.

What I really like about this photograph is that he is completely unaware that his picture is being taken. The image comes across more honest and real.

This was supposed to be a “test” shoot for a photo shoot I wanted to plan with my very first model. With no theme or story planned, we began shooting some pictures. Krysteen tried on a couple a dresses, including her mother’s wedding dress.

I really like the simplicity of the photographs and the unplanned story they are now portraying...
